[6]I finally do spot several bunches of elk on the slopes of Spring Mountain on the upper left near the large patches of snow. Too far to make out even with the naked eye I am at least satisfied that I have found some. They definitely have moved to the east of where they have been most of the winter. I spot 3 different groups.
